Ordering with us for the first time? We recommend you take advantage of our comprehensive artwork checking service.

 

Leafletcare is a thorough sequence of final checks to ensure that your file meets all of our production requirements. Before going to press this process allows us to check for any technical errors in the supplied artwork files. Whether you’ve created the artwork yourself or have had it put together by a third party, LeafletCare will ensure everything is checked thoroughly. LeafletCare is our safety net for you against any potential pitfalls in your files and safeguards against reprints costs, which will hamper your advertising budget.

Our service is comprehensive but unfortunately, LeafletCare does not check for spelling or grammar on your document and doesn’t check whether your design supplied is produced effectively for your customers. Good design is subjective, so we don't provide an appraisal of your design – we just check really, really thoroughly the file that you've sent.

It goes without saying, but please allow extra turnaround time if your artwork file needs amending.

If your file has errors we’ll do this:

• Inform you of errors.

• Correct the errors for you (at your say so) and let you know the charges

   before starting OR return your file back to you for ammends.

• Provide you with a proof of the amended document.

• Once errors are corrected, verify your file will print correctly.

(Please note: We will only proceed to print in this situation ONLY after our proof is signed off and not before).

 

If your file doesn't have errors we’ll do this:

• Begin to print your job.

• Provide you with a proof for reference only (in which case, no changes

   are made).

(Please note: In this situation, we don’t wait for you to sign a proof).
